Warranty Policy

 

Standard Warranty Period:

  • Accessories: Varies by product
  • Consumables: No warranty

For products covered under the warranty policy, the manufacturer provides free maintenance.

 

Exclusions from Free Warranty Service:


Even within the warranty period, repairs and replacements will be chargeable under the following circumstances:

 

  • Malfunction or damage caused by improper use or human error.
  • Malfunction or damage due to unstable or out-of-range power input.
  • Malfunction or damage resulting from force majeure events such as fire or earthquake.
  • Malfunction or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or improper operation by unqualified personnel.
  • Any other issues not caused by the product itself.

 

Post-Warranty Maintenance:


After the warranty period expires, the manufacturer continues to offer paid maintenance services. Additionally, authorized service personnel can request component lists and other relevant technical information to assist with repairs.
